Our RULES

1) All postings to this site are subject to modification, editing, approval and/or removal by the site administrator.

2) YouTube videos may be included in property listings provided the video contains information about the property being advertised

3) Do not use foul language, slanderous or insulting comments. Doing so will get your account closed immediately.

4) Be sure to mark ads as SOLD or remove the ad from public view when it is no longer relevant.

5) All ads are deleted automatically once they expire or after the scheduled expiry date when they have been placed into draft mode
